Just because I am a health coach does not mean I have not tried all the "diets" and crazes out there! If it hit mainstream America.. or Oprah tried it - then I bought the book and tried it too! It wasn't until I decided to hire a coach myself that my relationship with food, my body, and my workouts started to change. Soon after I started teaching fitness classes, and obtained my health coaching license. I knew I had to share this knowledge!
For the last 5 years I have dedicated myself to helping other women like me achieve the same! My ideal client is the busy woman because in most cases I see she is putting herself last on the list. Ironically, everyone else on that list would be healthier and happier if she took care of herself!

Two Ways to Work with Me
Private health coaching is ideal for the client that wants one on one support with meal planning, discussing food trackers, analyzing macros, grocery shopping, which workouts to use, and more. This is a select service that is offered to less than 10 clients at a time so I can make sure to provide a high level of support.
Group health coaching provides you with a package that is semi-customizable based on your individual goals. This is my most popular option and has allowed me to help hundreds of clients see incredible, life changing results!
