Do you want to achieve true wellness from the inside... out?!

This 21 Day Reset is perfect for anyone who wants to live their life BETTER than before. We all age. That's a given. But we can CHOOSE to live WELL every day. It's a CHOICE and the first step is to COMMIT. 


Phase 1 We will kick off with a 7 Day Gut Reset. Our gut controls so much of our health and wellness. It's important before we do anything else, we clean the slate (especially after the Holidays!) Best part is you still eat REAL FOOD and you won't have to park yourself next to a bathroom! 


Phase 2: You have two options! See below. 


OPTION 1: Join the 2 Week Prove It Challenge:  This is for anyone who has a weight-loss goal OR not! It's all about WELLNESS,.The Prove It Challenge provides you daily personalized supplements and Life Shake (best to start your day with this) to help improve overall wellness. You will be given a meal guide that helps you reduce inflammatory foods, make better food choices for your body, and learn easy techniques to meal plan for you and the whole family. Accountability is on a FB group - daily checks ins encouraged! Results include overall wellness and continued weight-loss if needed. If you don't have weight to lose the focus will be on feeling better! 


Here's a Sample Day: 

Breakfast: Life Shake with Frozen Berries

Lunch: Grilled Chicken on a bed of brown rice and steamed veggies with olive oil drizzle 

Snack: carrots and hummus. Optional, add a hard boiled egg if hungry. 

Dinner: Balanced dinner consisting of a grain-free carb, protein, veggies, and healthy fat.

Post Dinner: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup frozen berries 




OPTION 2: Join the 2 Week Shake it OFF Group: This group is for those who have a weight-loss goal AND need something really easy to follow! We will provide you what you need for breakfast, lunch, and most snacks for 14 days. Dinner is on you but you'll get an awesome, EASY, recipe book you can use!

Breakfast: Life Shake OR Meal Bar 

Lunch: Life Shake OR Meal Bar

Snack: Snack Bar & Energizing Tea

Dinner: Balanced dinner consisting of a carb, protein, veggies, and healthy fat.
